Yes, I’ve got to draw a line in the sand somewhere. To keep things square with the law, I won’t engrave copyrighted logos, famous sports team emblems, or trademarked brand names unless you own the rights or have written permission to use them. Ethically, I run a clean outpost, so I refuse to engrave anything featuring hate speech, explicit or offensive imagery, or anything meant to harass folks.

I work in batches to keep things running smooth around here. Once the order book for the month slams shut, I get right to work on that batch, and it will take four weeks tops to get your gear finished and out the door. Once I engrave it, that piece of gear is yours for keeps. Because I customize each lighter with your unique design or name, I cannot accept returns or offer refunds if you change your mind or make a mistake on the spelling. If I make a blunder on my end, I will absolutely make it right with you, but otherwise, all sales on custom work are final.
